PICSARABIA utilizes Bench testing to test Safety, Control, Breather, and relief valves ranging from 2" to 24" in size, as well as our Facility is designed to certify safety valves too. The tests take place concurrently with disassembly, inspection, and repair. We can mobilize Container Setup to the site for performing various tests ranging from Pressure/Vacuuming Testing and Seat Leakage testing.

The following description describes the testing parameters as per the valve type.

1. Safety Valve, Size: 2" to 16", Pressure & Vacuum Test
Standards: API 6D, API 2000, ASME B16.5 & B16.47

2. Control Valve, Size: 2" to 10", Seat leakage Test
Standards: API 598, FCI-70-2, API 6D, SME B16.5.

3. Breather Valve, Size: 2" to 24", Pressure & Vacuum Test
Standards: API 6D, API 2000, ASME B16.5 & B16.47
